Our classmate Frank H. Griffin, known as Terry, died suddenly on New Year’s Eve. He earned his law degree from Villanova; at the time of his death he was a name partner in the Philadelphia law firm of Gollatz, Griffin & Ewing and lived in suburban Devon. His son, Frank IV, is a 1997 W&L graduate. Here is the notice from the Philadelphia Inquirer.

 GRIFFINFRANK HASTINGS III, ESQ., 62, of Devon, on December 31, 2008. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jeffory and children, Frank Hastings IV, James H. (Maureen) and his father, F. Hastings Griffin Jr.; also survived by his brother, Samuel and sisters, Elizabeth and Mary Lloyd.
